Precision Cold Drawn Seamless :Are produced by cold drawing large seamless hollows over a plug through a reducing die to Achieve reduction in outside diameter and wall thickness. The tubes are then are bright annealed under closely controlled reducing atmosphere in a highly sophisticated LPG heated roller hearth annealing furnace so as to ensure bright, scale free and clean tubes, Completely free from oxidation, thus meeting critical requirements of end users.

The tubes are cold straightened, followed by finishing operations, inspection, packing and dispatch. Cold drawn seamless tubes have close dimensional tolerance, better surface finish, refined micro Structure etc. These tubes have vide applications in hydraulics, pneumatics, high pressure fuel Injection, general Engineering Industries and process industries.
