The plant is equipped with sophisticated pickling facilities, multiple wire
drawing machines, bull blocks and wet drawing machines. Heat Treatment is
done in State-of-the-art German design continuous bright annealing furnaces
(18 head & 24 head) that run on LPG. Despite the Wire being subjected to
temperatures in excess of 1,050C , the Ammonia Cracker plant ensures the
inert atmosphere for producing bright wires Quality Assurance.
Through chemical analysis, tensile tests, micrometer checks are done at
various stages of production and before final packaging & dispatch. All
shipments carry certification as per DIN 17440/ EN 10204 3.1.B, and if
required, country specific certificates.

Packing Options
The Wires are packed in either HDPE or Polythene or Special vapor-proof
inhibitor paper. Further, it is set in specially designed Mild Steel Crates
(Wood-Lined, to avoid 'MS' to 'SS' contact), or Mild Steel Carriers (round
base, which are especially designed for easy stacking when empty). Fine
Wires on spools are packed first in Polythene Bags, then corrugated boxes
and finally can be supplied in MS Crates.

Torsion (Before Stranding)
As per customers' Specifications.
Elongation (Before Stranding )
As per customers' Specifications.
Wrapping
Wire sample is wrapped around a mandrel of diameter equal to 4 times the
wire diameter to form a close helix of 8 turns. Six turns are then
un-wrapped and again closely wrapped in the same direction as before. The
wire does not break.
Zinc Coating
As per IS 398/11/76, BS 215, BS 4565, ASTMB 498 Class A.
Joints in the Wires
There are no joints in the finished wire except welds which are made prior
to final drawings.
Coil Weight
As per customer's requirement in the range of 50 kgs. to 250 kgs.
