seams, Zinc flakes and other surface imperfection. The zinc coating shall be
smooth and continuous.
Thickness : 0.20 mm to 1.00 mm
Width : 15 mm to 100 mm
General Technical Specifications :- Tensile Strength : 28 to 50 kgf/mm2
Elongation : Minimum 10% on 254 mm gauge length.
Zinc Coating : Minimum 110 gm/sqm(total weight on all four sides).
However, this can be increased to suit customer's requirements.
Packing Options
Galvanized steel coils are wrapped in strong water proof sea-worthy packing
and are in palletized loads. Other types of packing can be done as required.
Normal Delivery Schedules Delivery Form : Galvanized Steel Strips are supplied in continuous
lengths in ribbon wound coils.
Coil Size : Inside Diameter- minimum 150 mm, Outside Diameter -
Within 400-800.
