Sizes : 3mm O.D to 75mm O.D. with thickness of 0.5 mm to 20 mm wall
Background
Sometimes called cupro-nickels, there exists a range of different copper
nickel alloys that possess different properties and hence are suited to a
range of different applications. Some of the better known copper nickel
alloys include:
- Copper with 10% nickel
- Copper with 30% nickel

All copper nickel alloys consist of only one phase as the
copper nickel binary system exhibits complete solid solubility.
A Copper Nickel Alloy in the ratio of 90/10 that has very high erosion and
corrosion resistance. It has very high weld ability, easy for installation
and are used for Condensers, Ship building, Refineries etc. 70/30 Cupro
Nickel Tubes (Size range: 3 mm OD to 50mm OD with thickness of 0.5 mm to 20
mm wall) For the mechnical properties add EN 1057 after ASTM B 280 Tensile
strength 220 MPa, Elongation - min 40 and Hardness - annealed.
